Ms. Beisman co-authored the New Mexico Fraud Against Taxpayers (False Claims) Act and acts as a mediator and an arbitrator in contract and construction disputes. She is also a popular speaker and has made presentations for the New Mexico Department of Transportation, Lorman Seminars, and the National Business Institute on topics ranging from private and public contracts to delay claims to false claims.
